PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other writ or order or direction calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in S.L.No.55, Bill No.01083 dated 06.07.2016 and quash the same as illegal and incompetent and ultravires and may pass such other or further orders.

Today, the matter is called through video conferencing. By consent of both the parties, the present Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the petitioners have sold the subject properties to one Prayog Projects.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the subsequent purchaser has paid the entire property tax demanded under the present impugned demand.
4. In view of the tax having been collected by the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
