(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This petition is filed to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent as 5th respondent in W.P.No.30206 of 2023.

2.The petitioner states that his sister by name Kamakshi purchased an apartment on the second floor of the property with her hard earned money and savings and that she is taking care of their aged parents. It is also stated by the petitioner that due to health reasons, the petitioner's sister is unable to reside and she is residing at their parents house at T.Nagar However, the petitioner is residing in the property with his sister's permission. However from the facts, this Court is unable to find locus standi for the petitioner.

3.This Court is of the view that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the official respondents for taking action against the unauthorized constructions.

4.Question is whether the petitioner has suffered any legal injury

on account of such unauthorized construction. 5.This Court will hear the newly impleaded 5th respondent whether he suffered any legal injury on account of unauthorized construction. 6.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. 7.For filing counter, post the matter after vacation.
