PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge at Vellore in Crl.MP.No.3692 of 2023 order dated 9.10.2023, in the order that the petitioner is stayed at Dharumapuri and shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 am., on all days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court and the petitioner is further directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation, on summon. ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.MP.No.3692 of 2023 order dated 9.10.2023, imposed on the petitioner/accused by the Principal Sessions Judge at Vellore, that the petitioner shall stay at Dharumapuri and shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 am., on all days until further orders and a further direction to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation, on summon.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered. 10.11.2023 KP 2/4
