There is no representation for the revision petitioner. The first respondent / plaintiff in O.S.No.8439 of 2011 on the file of the XV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, submitted that since the suit has been dismissed for default, he proposed to file some applications for restoration of the suit. 2.Inasmuch as no suit is now pending, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed with a liberty to the revision petitioner to revive the C.R.P as and when the suit is restored to file. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
