CMP.No.25207 of 2019 in CMP.Nos.11708, 11710 & 11712 of 2019 in S.A.No.1120 of 2005 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This court in CMP.Nos.11708, 11710 and 11712 of 2019 has passed an order that the private notice which was sent to the respondents 4 and 5 / proposed parties returned as 'addressees left' and hence the petitioners were directed to take steps for substituted service for respondents 4 and 5. But they filed CMP.No.25207 of 2019 to order for substituted service for the respondents 3 and 4. Since the respondent No.3 already died and the aforesaid CMPs were filed only to implead her LRs, this court also passed an order to take steps for substituted service for R4 and R5, CMP.No.25207 of 2019 is ordered with a direction that the petitioners should take substituted service for the respondents 4 and 5.
With the aforesaid observations, CMPNo.25207 of 2019 is allowed.
