This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.No.13467 of 2023 dated 01.9.2023, the petitioner should deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.365 of 2023, on or before 18.9.2023, before the concerned Magistrate.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 1.12.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13467 of 2023 dated 01.9.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
