This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18272 of 2023, by an order dated 18.8.2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 30.11.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18272 of 2023, dated 18.8.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
