O R D E R
The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.24 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge at Coimbatore.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 08.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.
3. The learned V Additional District Judge has submitted a report stating that issues have been framed in the suit and now the case has been listed for further evidence of the plaintiff on 26.11.2024. Therefore, he requests two months time to dispose of the suit.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge at Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2022 on or before 30.04.2025.
