This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21870 of 2023, by an order dated 22.9.2023, to appear before the Inspector of Police, B2 Kalapet Station daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court/POCSO Fast Track Court, Puducherry, daily once at 10.30 a.m., till examination of the victim child and thereafter, on every Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances till examination in chief and cross.
