2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by Jayalakshmi, petitioner herein, on 16.10.2022, the respondent Police have conducted enquiry in C.S.R.No.777 of 2022 on 17.10.2022. After enquiry, the complaint was closed for the reason that the case is civil in nature. The closure report was also sent to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
