ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondent vide proceedings dated 12.02.2024 in Na.Ka.No.2838/2024/H2. He has also produced a copy of the same before this Court.
2. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the proceedings of the respondent, liberty is hereby granted to him, to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
