This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22113 of 2023, by an order dated 26.9.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
