ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 908 days in filing the Review Application in W.P.No.11066 of 2011, dated 28.01.2022 passed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for arguments, in view of the fact that the punishment was subsequently modified to one of compulsory retirement and that the benefits due have also been paid to the employee, the review application is not being prosecuted any further.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at SR stage itself. 09-02-2026 2/2 Nsl To The II Additional Labour Court, Chennai.
