When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter suit O.S.No.137 of 2011 has already been dismissed by the Trial Court on 17.11.2023.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
