A.No.6136 of 2023 in C.S.No.362 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to receive the affidavit of documents filed on our behalf by condoning the delay, on behalf of the defendants 1-3 in the above suit morefully appended to the judges summons and receive the same.

2. Considering the nature of averments and it is only in respect of filing additional documents, this Court is of the view that the documents will be received subject to the proof and relevancy. It is open to the respondent to raise objections as to the admissibility of the documents during the cross examination.

3. Accordingly, this Application is ordered.
