This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.22552 of 2022 on 19.09.2022 to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram, at 10.30 a.m. everyday without fail, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
