O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law in pursuance of the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1975/2021 dated 09.05.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a private complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram in Cr.M.P.No.1975 of 2021 forwarded the complaint filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., to the second respondent Police with a direction to investigate the matter and file a report. Even thereafter, the second respondent has not registered the First Information Report. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.

3. It is seen that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, has passed the above said order in Cr.M.P.No.1975 of 2021. In the event of non compliance of 2/4

the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, the petitioner has to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram for the further appropriate direction.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed.
