Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings in A.P.No.231 of 2020 dated 27.01.2023 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to allow the approval petition filed by the petitioner management in A.P.No.231 of 2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition was filed challenging the dismissal of approval petition filed by the petitioner in respect of the dismissal order passed against the second respondent workman and thereafter during the pendancy of the writ petition, the second respondent was reinstated into service. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent also not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation for the second respondent.

3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, recording the same this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
