This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct further investigation in Crime No.287 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent-Police and find out the accused, who are all involved in the crime.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation is in progress and this is a case of suicide and that the parents of the petitioner are the complainant and the accused.

3. In the above facts and circumstances, the respondents-Police are directed to expedite the investigation and file charge-sheet/final report, before the appropriate Court, within a period of three months from today.
