In a private complaint taken cognizance in the year 2020 as C.C.No.68 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Harur, the accused alleging that the complainant delaying the process by not appearing before the Court for pre-charge evidence, is before this Court seeking speedy disposal.

However, from the status report, this Court finds that the petitioners themselves caused for delay by filing a quash petition before this Court which came to be dismissed after eight months. 3.
