This petition has been filed seeking directions to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the name of calling for enquiry except in 1/3

accordance with law.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that case has been registered in Cr.No.322 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC and the petitioner was arrayed as A3 in this case.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner and hence this Court is not inclined to grant any relief sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to extend his co-operation to complete the investigation.
