ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite her best efforts to contact the petitioner to get instructions in the matter, she has been unsuccessful. Learned counsel further submits that she has also given to understand that the vacancies has been filled up and as such, the cause in the

writ petition may not survive for consideration by this Court and thus the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that in as much no interim order was granted by this Court, the vacancies in all likelihood, have been filled up and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, since the petitioner has not provided any instructions to the counsel engaged by him, it is to be presumed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
