ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2023 has already been considered and order has also passed on 24.02.2024. Hence, the prayer has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, the respondents are directed to serve the aforesaid order copy dated 24.02.2024 to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
