Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order issued by the First Respondent in C.No. 5392/Regr/Acad/A4/2019 dated 21.10.2019 and Quash the same and further directing the Respondents to conduct a special examination to the three years Hons UG. Degree Course and permit the Petitioner to write the examination.
