ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had deceased during the pendency of the present writ petition. It is further submitted that the respondents have paid the amounts due to the petitioner, to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on 20.11.2015 and thus, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are not interested to come on record to pursue the writ petition.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, since, the petitioner had deceased and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioners are not interested to pursue the 2/5

writ petition, this Writ Petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
