ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.25212 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023, thereby the respondents were directed to pay interest for the belated payments of retirement benefits paid to the petitioner within a time frame.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents filed calculation memo before this Court stating that the eligible amount was paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid calculation memo, this contempt petition is closed.
