ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Commissioner, Pollachi Municipality, through proceedings dated 19.02.2026 issued notice to the encroachers under Section 128 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local bodies Act. Since notice has been issued under the Tamilnadu Urban Local Bodies Act, on receipt of explanation, if any, the

Commissioner Municipality, shall look into the representation and after identifying the encroachments, remove the same without causing any further delay. Since actions have already been initiated, the respondent shall conclude the same in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 17.07.2023
