ORDER

It is seen that despite this Court vide its order dated 30.07.2025 ordered for substituted service for RR2 to 6, the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants has taken substituted service for RR2 to 4 only and now the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants seeks permission of this Court to effect paper publication for RR5 and 6. In view of the above submissions, the petitioners/appellants are permitted to take paper publication in one issue of the Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" and English daily "Trinity Mirror" widely circulated within the locality of the last known resident of the respondents 5 and 6 for appearance before this Court either in person or through counsel on 16.09.2025.
