ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to survey his properties situated in Survey Nos.113/2, 115/2B in Ariyanur Village, Maduranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, by considering his online application dated 03.09.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned land under sale deed dated 25.04.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an application on 19.09.2023 seeking survey of his properties, however the same has not been considered. Later, the petitioner submitted an online application on 03.09.2024 seeking survey of his land and the same was also not considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court. 2/5

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the online representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2024 and pass final order on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
