The learned Counsel for the Petitioner in CMP.No.17559 of 2024 submitted his arguments on 28.10.2024. On that day, the case was adjourned directing the learned Counsel for the Appellant to number the Petition in CMP.SR.No.144416 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 itself.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner in CMP.No.17559 of 2024 did not have any objection for impleading the Reliance Assets Reconstruction Company as a party in the Appeal.

3. Considering the submission on both parties, in the interest of justice and complete adjudication of dispute, the impleading Petition filed by the Appellant which is numbered today as CMP.No.25157 of 2024 which was not brought on record in the cause list, was summoned from the Registry. The arguments already heard in the CMP.No.17559 of 2024 in A.S.No.495 of 2022 are adopted as common arguments in the impleading Petition filed by the 1/3

Appellant in CMP.No.25157 of 2024 also.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to implead the Reliance Assets Reconstruction Company as second Respondent in Appeal and carry out the necessary amendment in the memorandum of Appeal.

Post this case on 22.11.2024.
