Sriram General Insurance Company Limited v. Alamelu

C.M.P.No.22414 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.12244 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1044 days in paying deficit court fee for a sum of Rs.12,045/- in C.M.A.SR.No.12244 of 2020 dated 29.01.2020 made against award M.C.O.P.No.215 of 2014 dated 08.03.2019 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Sathyamangalam. 2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1044 days is condoned.

5.Accordingly, C.M.P.No.22414 of 2022 is ordered.

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

7. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
