Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) Course in August 2017 at Madras Medical College, Chennai, the 4th respondent and pass orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of R1 to R3.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking return of the original educational Certificates given by the petitioner, while executing a bond for doing Government Service, pursuant to the medical course which she had undergone.

3. It is stated that the two years period of service is also completed.

4. The medical certificates cannot be retained by the respondents, as they are the valuable properties of the petitioner. An undertaking may be given by the petitioner that, if at all she is called be back to do Government service that she would abide by such direction and perform such Government service.

5. Placing that obligation of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to return back the original certificates within a period of four weeks from this date. No costs. 14.12.2022 ssi Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No To:
