ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 19.01.2017 passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge,

Pondicherry in C.M.A.No.30 of 2012, by confirming the order dated 17.04.2012 passed by the learned II Additional District Munsif of Pondicherry. in I.A.No. 3095 of 2011 in O.S.No.1634 of 2011, thereby granting interim injunction.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself disposed of and therefore nothing survive in this petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infractuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
