This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 11.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17017 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., before the Mahila Court, Thiruvarur till the examination in chief and cross examination of the victim child and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
