2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the proposed accused to implead him as respondent in the main Crl.O.P.No.28884 of 2019. Before registering the F.I.R. the proposed accused is not entitled to seek such impleadment in the main Criminal Original Petition. Hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
