O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.226 of 2017 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and transfer to Inspector of Police CBCID Coimbatore Police or some other agencies. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.226 of 2017 under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 173 of Cr.P.C. After completion of investigation further action was dropped in Crime No.226 of 2017 on 06.09.2017 itself. Therefore, there is no requirement for transfer of investigation and prayed for dismissal of the petition.

In view of the subsequent development, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. However the 1st respondent is directed to serve the Referred Charge Sheet in this case to the petitioner in Crime. No.226 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also file a referred charge sheet before the concerned Court. If is petitioner is aggrieved, he is always at liberty to file a protest petition, in the manner known to law before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 4.With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
