There is no representation for the respondents 13 to 15 either in person or through counsel.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, accordingly all these petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title.
