This petition has been filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.27766 of 2023 in Crl.A.SR.No.17805 of 2023 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 05.02.2024 and restore the same.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and accordingly, the Crl.O.P.No.27766 of 2023 is hereby restored.
