ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Erode in Tr.O.P.No.172 of 2013, thereby dismissing the petition seeking to transfer the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Erode and to try along with the suit in O.S.No.318 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself disposed of and therefore nothing survive in this petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infractuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
