The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on 21.11.2019, the first respondent police registered a case against the employer of the victim girls in Cr.Nos.63 and 66 of 2019 under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act and produced before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet, Chennai and sent to the custody of the third respondent Home. He further submitted that the victim 4/6
girls are the petitioners' daughter and they were not involved in any immoral activities. He further submitted that the petitioners have filed Crl.MP.Nos.Not known, 431, 432, 433 and 434 of 2019 before the IV Metropolitan at Saidapet, Chennai, to release their daughters and the same are pending for P.O report and hence, they prayed to direct the second respondent to file a report immediately and also direct the IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet, Chennai, to dispose of the Crl.MP.Nos.Not known, 431, 432, 433 and 434 of 2019 in Cr.Nos.63 and 66 of 2019 as expeditiously.
3. Consideirng the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to file a report within a period of five days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet, Chennai, has to dispose of the petitions within two days.
