ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.This case in Cr.No.319 of 2013 dated 14.04.2013 was registered for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 427, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The whereabouts of the defacto complainant is presently not traceable. The accused is attending the proceedings regularly.
3.Considering the nature of allegation, the antecedents of the accused, it is evident that even if the accused is continuing to face trial, it would impinge upon his right to a speedy trial.
