This petition has been filed to direct respondent to take further action based on the petitioner's compliant in CSR.No.446 of 2019 dated 13.08.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, wherein liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
