O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the appeal petition in Appeal No.Ka.No.22503/L2/20 dated 27.01.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, he made an application before the third respondent to fix the guideline values for his lands and the third respondent fixed the guideline values vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2933/A4/2019 dated 25.10.2019 and the second respondent also re-fixed the guideline values vide proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 2463 / A / 2019 dated 08.01.2020. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has

filed an appeal dated 27.01.2020 before the first respondent and the same is pending on the file of the first respondent for the past three years without any progress. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the first respondent, after giving notice to the petitioner and rival claimants if any and after considering the grounds of appeal and dispose the appeal dated 27.01.2020 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
