ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2025 and 25.07.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the secretary of Arulmighu Ranganatha Perumal Thirukoil land cultivating Farmers Association. On 24.12.2024, the 4 th respondent, without even informing to the

cultivators of the temple land, who are presently occupying, has allotted the agricultural land to the 5 th respondent for commercial purpose. Subsequently, the 5 th respondent laid the road in the agricultural land for his own business purpose. Hence, the petitioner made several representations to the respondents to take action against the respondents 4 & 5 for laying the road in the agricultural land by illegal way and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representations within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials

available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 3 rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 09.07.2025 and 25.07.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
