Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 23.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.59 of 2014 in O.S.No.10166 of 2010 on the file of the XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 23.12.2016 passed by the learned XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.59 of 2014 in O.S.No.10166 of 2010, thereby allowing the the petition filed by the first respondent herein to receive the addition written statement.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalath and subsequently decree was passed on 08.12.2018 itself. Since the main suit itself disposed of, nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
