This petition has been filed to implead the sixth respondent as one of the party respondent in W.M.P.No.22493 of 2019 in W.P.No.6872 of 2001.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Since the sixth respondent i.e., the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RO-Chennai 1) has become necessary party to resolve the dispute that is in connected petition in W.M.P.No. 22493 of 2019, this Court is inclined to accept the case of the petitioner. 4.Accordingly, the sixth respondent is impleaded as one of the party respondent in W.M.P.No.22493 of 2019 in W.P.No.6872 of 2001. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. The petitioner is permitted to issue notice on the Standing Counsel for the newly impleaded respondent returnable in two weeks. 6.Post the matter on 18.02.2021.
