This contempt petition has been filed for not complying the order dated 04.03.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5626 of 2019, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.549 of 2017 and final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of that Order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now the investigation is completed and the respondent is about to file final report within a period of one week. 3.
Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to file final report within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
With the above directions, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
