This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.618 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem, by its order dated 13.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and later, granted bail by this Court in C.M.P.No.618 of 2022 on 13.07.2022 with a condition the petitioner shall execute his personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one must be his blood relative and also produce documents to prove their ownership of the property. He would submit that the petitioner is working as a coolie and thereby, the petitioner was unable to furnish the property document before the Court. Despite the order being granted on 13.07.2022, the petitioner is unable to come out on bail and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and perused the entire 2/4

materials available on record.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem in C.M.P.No.618 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one must be his blood relative. The other conditions shall remain intact.
