This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.987 of 2022 from the file of learned Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil. 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Ms.D.Sathya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that H.M.O.P.No.987 of 2022 was dismissed for default on 19.03.2024.

3. Since the main proceedings itself has been disposed of nothing remains to be adjudicated in this transfer petition. However, it should be clear, in case, H.M.O.P.No.987 of 2022 is restored on file, it is always open to the petitioner to reopen this transfer petition.
