2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the F.I.R. In Crime No.01 of 2023 has already been registered for the offence under Sections 498(A0, 294(b) and 415 of IPC. Hence nothing survives in this petition.
